About Prop Paper

Prop Paper generates realistic-looking bank statements, pay stubs, and checks for use as film and TV props, classroom exercises, product demonstrations, and design mockups. Every document uses fictional bank names, employers, people, and addresses.

What Prop Paper is not for

Do not use these documents to impersonate a real person or institution, to defraud anyone, to apply for loans or credit, or to satisfy any real-world verification requirement. Producing or presenting a fake financial document as genuine is a crime in most jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for how you use the output.

How it works

Everything is generated in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored. Bank routing numbers pass the ABA checksum used by real banks, transaction ledgers actually reconcile, and pay stub math ties out to net pay — so the documents look plausible on camera or in a slide.
